MLS rules prevent us from putting a property's status as sold. Yes, it would save time for realtors looking to set up tours. And yes, it would save us time returning those calls. And yes, some time in the next few days the board will get around to processing this transaction and then it will indeed say SOLD and even have the sale price. But apparently, despite us being the ones selling a property, it isn't truly SOLD until the Board says so.
In the meantime, all I can tell you is that you would be wasting your time trying to show this property.
